Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using tennisask.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised version.
Use of the Site
TennisAsk provides general information about tennis rackets, ball machines and related equipment. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the site or other visitors. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, copy content in bulk with automated tools, or use the site to send spam or harmful material. Information on the site is for general guidance and should not replace professional advice from a coach, retailer or health professional.
Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, the text, layout, graphics and other material on this site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share short excerpts with a clear link back to the original page for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or distribute our content without written permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply endorsement.
Affiliate Links & Product Information
Some links on this site are affiliate links, including links to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases, at no extra cost to you. Product details, prices and availability come from sources we consider reliable but can change without notice. Always confirm the current price, specifications and return terms on the retailer page before you purchase. Purchases are made with the retailer, and we are not a party to that transaction.

We do not guarantee that information is complete, current or free from errors, or that the site will always be available or free from interruptions. Any reliance you place on information found here is at your own risk. Sports equipment and physical activity carry risk, and you are responsible for choosing gear and activity that suits you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content, including loss resulting from purchases made through links on the site or from injury connected with tennis activity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
